Every item is printed to order just for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size. Double-check your size before ordering.
Defective or damaged? Free replacement.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, email hello@duckedtrail.com with a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send you a free replacement — no shipping charge, no arguments.
Custom Studio designs
One-off designs from the Custom Trail Studio are not refundable — unless the item arrives defective or damaged, in which case the same 30-day photo rule applies.
